I read a lot. Way more than most people so I am thankful to find authors I love who have multiple books. I am also pretty loyal to those authors, reading their new books with relish. I have been following some authors for longer than my marriage of 13 years. That said I have to say I have a new author to add to my collection, Charles Lee Jackson II ! I literally stumbled upon his work while browsing for something else. It looked good but I have been burned before with new authors so I took a test drive with The Emperor's Gambit. Wow. Loved it so much had to go back for more. Easy to read. Awesome characters, Great plots. Soon I found myself looking for more and more. I didn't want to stop. I normally read multiple books at once but for now I have put up the other authors for a bit. I have become lost in the Emperorverse ! That indestructible man of mystery who battles evil with a gang of swashbuckling friends has taken hold of my mind ! I eagerly dive into each new adventure and at the end I feel a little sad that each one has ended but wait ! New light shines into the sadness as a new title opens it's adventures to me. So take a chance and dive into the Emperorverse. You won't be sorry for it !Product details
